AI consulting for marketing teams

Your marketing doesn't need another AI tool. It needs a coherent operating system.

For marketing teams losing days to slow approvals, disconnected AI tools, and duplicated work. LEVG aligns your strategy, people, workflows and AI into one coherent system — so your team produces significantly more, without hiring more people.

One platform, a handful of posts, barely thirty followers — over 25,000 views in the first month. Proof that reach comes from the system, not the size of your audience.

I've sat in your meetings.

The campaign that needed eleven approvals.

The idea that was brilliant in March and irrelevant by the time legal signed off in June.

The talented people spending their best hours formatting decks.

I spent almost twenty years inside corporations, European institutions, and NGOs.
I didn't read about the bottlenecks. I lived in them.

Different companies. The same eight problems.

No unified content strategy

Campaigns, channels, and teams all pulling in different directions — with no single editorial spine holding it together.

Nobody owns the full marketing picture

Everyone owns a channel. Nobody is accountable for how it all fits together — or whether it's actually working.

Approval cycles kill campaign momentum

Content sits in inboxes for days. By the time it's approved, the moment has passed.

Priorities are set by whoever shouted last

The loudest stakeholder wins the content calendar. Strategy is an afterthought.

Brand consistency breaks down across channels

Every team interprets the brand slightly differently — and it shows.

Agency dependency drains budget and builds nothing

External partners eat timelines and invoices without leaving your team any more capable than before.

Marketing knowledge lives in people's heads

When a campaign manager or content lead walks out the door, the institutional memory goes with them.

AI tools don't connect to your marketing workflow

You've got Canva, ChatGPT, and six other subscriptions — and they don't talk to each other or your team's actual process.

Marketing isn't broken because people can't create content. It's broken because the organisation can't make good marketing decisions consistently.

Tools solve individual problems. I install an operating system into your workspace — not another tool to log into.

One operating system that replaces friction with output.

LEVG diagnoses the bottlenecks, sets the priorities, connects your AI tools, and keeps messaging consistent — across the entire marketing organization.

Imagine marketing that finally works like one team.

Campaigns ship in days, not weeks. Your AI tools work together instead of in ten separate tabs. Messaging stays consistent without a meeting about it. Fewer bottlenecks, less firefighting, more output — and a team that spends its best hours creating, not chasing approvals.

That's what happens when strategy, people, workflows and AI run as one system. AI won't replace your team — it gives them back their time.
More capability, not more headcount.

Andra Matresu speaking — storytelling is the only differentiator
Where the system meets the story

Tell stories people actually want to watch.

A working operating system moves the work. A good story is what makes the work worth watching. That's the part most AI advice skips — and the part I've spent a career on.

Translate complex science into simple ideas

Turn what's technical, dense, or easily misunderstood into something a busy person grasps in a sentence.

Build trust through education, not hype

Teach instead of sell. The audience that learns from you is the audience that buys from you — and stays.

Turn ideas into products, communities, and movements

A story that lands doesn't stay a story. It becomes something people join, pay for, and carry to others.

Four ways in.

AI consulting, training, implementation, and advisory — from a self-paced system to hands-on transformation. Start anywhere; each one builds toward the same outcome: more output, less friction, no new headcount.

The Blueprint

Most marketers struggle to adjust to AI-driven marketing for the same three reasons. Tutorials teach isolated tricks, not a system. Tool-first advice skips the fundamentals. And every month of trial and error costs a campaign.

You don't need another tutorial. You need a blueprint.

The Blueprint is a step-by-step system that shows you exactly which workflows to rebuild, how to connect the tools you already have, and how to make AI part of your marketing's daily rhythm — without enterprise budgets or months of trial and error.

The Workshop

Not a lecture about AI. A working day with your actual campaigns, briefs, and bottlenecks on the table. By evening, your team leaves with AI systems they built themselves — and the confidence to keep building.

The point isn't the tools. It's that your people stop being afraid of them.

Afterwards, teams can stay in The Circle — monthly live sessions and feedback on real campaigns, so the change sticks instead of fading.

The Sprint

We map where work slows down — the approvals, the revisions, the formatting hours — then rebuild those workflows with AI doing the friction and people doing the thinking. The owners of each workflow are trained as we go, so the change survives my departure.

You end with fewer bottlenecks, not fewer people. And afterwards, your team can stay in The Circle — monthly sessions and feedback on real work, so the new workflows hold.

“Your team isn't slow. Your process is.”

Forty marketers in a room, and one question underneath every conversation: are we being replaced?

This talk answers it — honestly. It walks the audience through the real bottlenecks of organizational work, shows what happens when AI takes the friction instead of the jobs, and leaves people with something rare after an AI keynote: calm, and a first step they can take on Monday.

45–60 minutes. Keynote or leadership offsite. Adapted to your industry, never recycled.

About

I didn't study the bottlenecks.
I lived in them.

Andra Matresu directing a film shoot

For almost twenty years I worked inside corporate marketing — for corporations, European institutions, NGOs, and startups. I wrote the campaigns. I sat through the meetings that could have been emails. I waited weeks for approvals on work that took days to make. I watched genuinely good ideas die, not because anyone killed them, but because slow execution quietly outlasted them.

Somewhere in year eight, I stopped believing the problem was talent. Every team I worked with was full of capable people. The problem was everything wrapped around them — the process, the revisions, the formatting hours, the friction.

When AI became capable enough to take on that friction, I saw what it was actually for. Not replacing the people I'd worked beside for almost two decades. Freeing them — to do the thinking, judging, and creating that was the reason they were hired in the first place.

That's what LEVG is. I go into marketing organizations, find where good work slows down, and remove it — with the people who own the work in the room, learning as we rebuild.

Technology changes. Human nature doesn't. I work on the seam between the two.
